NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

LICENSE GRANT: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the eBook solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

RESALE AND DISTRIBUTION: Licensee agrees not to sell, distribute, share, or otherwise transfer the eBook to any third party, whether for profit or otherwise, without the express written consent of the Licensor.

MODIFICATIONS: Licensee agrees not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the eBook.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE: Licensee agrees to maintain and not remove any copyright notice, watermark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the eBook.

TERMINATION:This license is effective until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the eBook and destroy any copies in its possession.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:The eBook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content in the eBook.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the eBook.

GOVERNING LAW:This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [WI/United States of America], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this License Agreement as of the Effective Date the order for the ebook Sustainable Not Perfect was purchased.
